This is the largest real problem for the whole Nature and Wildlife Conservation Industry. The lack of money is the key driver for the Human-Elephant Conflict (HEC) problem, for the Snare Poaching problem — as well as for the almost any of the known Environmental problems ever.
The large State and Corporate institutions (as usual) are "too busy" — and also, likely "too poor" to allocate the necessary amounts of money for the Nature and Wildlife Conservation projects. The hyped "Biodiversity Credits" — together with the "Green" and "Blue" Bonds — are weak and don't work as expected.
So, this situation should be fixed via our own common efforts — and it should become economically attractive to invest our money into the Conservation works.
