Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains how the personal data the Malamute Consulting company (hereinafter – the Company) processes, how the Company does this, and for what purposes. We are the data controller of the personal data that you provide to us and will use it only in accordance with this policy.
Legal basisAs the Company operates worldwide including (but not limited) both the APAC and EU regions, we are striving to ensure the strong compliance of all of our systems and services - as well as information security and data security policies and rules - both in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) law requirements.
Collecting of personal dataThe Company collects data from you through our interactions with you. You provide some of this data directly, and we can get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our systems and services – as well as from the e-mail messaging communication interactions or from your hardcopy business card details. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with the Company and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the systems and services you use. We also can obtain data about you from third parties as a possible option.
You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. A number of the systems and services we use can require some personal data to provide you with a service. Our automated methods often are related to and supported by our manual methods. The Company retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide the systems and services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other legitimate purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Because these needs can vary for different data types, the context of our interactions with you or your use of products, actual retention periods can vary significantly.
We do not sell your personal data. So, we do not offer an opt-out to the sale of personal data.
We do not use children’ data in any of possible ways as we’re working only with the sui juris physical persons and legal entities.

Cross-border data transfersUse of the Company’ systems and services sometimes involves cross-border transfers of personal data. For cross-border transfers of personal data, the Company uses appropriate safeguards to require that your personal data be protected in accordance with this Privacy Statement and applicable data protection laws. These safeguards include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and other valid mechanisms for transfers of personal data among our affiliates and data processors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) law requirements.
SecurityWe take appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.
