The Company collects data from you through our interactions with you. You provide some of this data directly, and we can get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our systems and services – as well as from the e-mail messaging communication interactions or from your hardcopy business card details. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with the Company and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the systems and services you use. We use the collected personal data to operate our business, which includes (a) business activities which also including but not limited to sales, marketing and collaboration actions; (b) analyzing our performance; (c) meeting our legal obligations; (d) developing our workforce; and (d) doing research. Also, we may use your personal data to customize, measure and improve our services and systems, content and advertising.

Our processing of personal data for these purposes includes both automated and manual (human) methods of processing. Our automated methods often are related to and supported by our manual methods. To build, train, and improve the accuracy of our automated methods of processing (including AI), we manually review some of the predictions and inferences produced by the automated methods against the underlying data from which the predictions and inferences were made. This manual review may be conducted by the Company' employees or vendors who are working on the Company's behalf.
We share your personal data with your consent or to complete any transaction or provide any system or service you have requested or authorized. We also can share data with (a) the Company' affiliates and subsidiaries; (b) vendors working on our behalf; (c) when required by law or to respond to legal process; (d) to protect our customers; (e) to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products; (f) to protect the rights and property of the Company and its customers.
The Company retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide the systems and services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other legitimate purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Because these needs can vary for different data types, the context of our interactions with you or your use of products, actual retention periods can vary significantly.
We do not sell your personal data. So, we do not offer an opt-out to the sale of personal data.
We do not use children’ data in any of possible ways as we’re working only with the sui juris physical persons and legal entities.

When you submit a query, upon email response you will be offered the opportunity to agree to receive marketing email messages from us. You can choose to no longer receive marketing emails from us by contacting us at: denis@malamute.sg or clicking unsubscribe from a marketing email.
We shall therefore retain your personal data in our records for marketing purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us.

These safeguards include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and other valid mechanisms for transfers of personal data among our affiliates and data processors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) law requirements.
